RapidTools Validation — Terms of Service

1. About the Service

RapidTools Validation ("the Service") is an API-first validation service for structured data formats. It validates data format and structure but does not store, transform, or analyze your data.

The Service is provided by RapidTools ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is intended for use by developers and organizations validating structured data. By using the Service, you confirm that you are authorized to submit the data you provide for validation.

We validate data format and structure only. We do not verify business accuracy or legal compliance of your data.


3. Data Handling

The Service does not store your submitted data. Data is processed in-memory and discarded after validation.

Idempotency keys and fingerprints are cached for 24 hours to support idempotent operations. These caches contain no submitted data content.

We do not use submitted data for training, analytics, or any purpose other than performing the requested validation.


4. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
